This week amped back up again. I’ve been writing up a storm in between stressors, the funeral, and thanksgiving. It’s hard to believe that the next blog will be in December! (o.0) (Also, check out the bundle sale in my shop!)
Author's Life:
This week I attended the funeral for my Uncle Jay on Tuesday, baked a pie on Wednesday, had Thanksgiving on Thursday, and woke up with a migraine and vertigo on Friday, which was a great excuse to avoid the general public on that massive shopping day. Hoping today will turn out better so I can run errands. Though, I could put it off until Monday when everyone will be online for the Cyber deals...
Anyway, big news in publishing too as I spent Friday working on formatting, promoting the Black Friday Sale, and working on the final touches of An Angel’s Advent! More about that in Publishing!
but first a NaNoWriMo update!
Writing & Editing:
Last Saturday I had 65,100 words in my November (NaNoWriMo) project: An Angel Ensnared, which is Kalista Chronicles book 5. Yesterday, I ended Friday with 96,100 words which is a gain of 31,000 words and 9,360 more words than last week even though I had more to do.
The end is in sight, but it’s looking like I’ll hit 100k before then. I still have a bit more to do to tie up and get Kali where she needs to be at the end. Though, I will also be taking a few scenes out in the editing.
There have been so many revelations and twists in this book that shed new light on what happened back in book three and why no one could stop it. Kalista is regaining her Moxy… and I’m loving every minute of the fiery Angeles ka Roè (Princess of Light).

An Angel’s Advent: ends in six days!
Only 5 orders so far, which I was afraid would happen since I only had 11 orders for book 3: A Broken Redeemer and I’ll be shipping out the Hardcover copies on Monday. Hopefully there will be a few more, but I’m not counting on it (-_-) what with the holidays and all that.
That being said, every physical book will come with a free eBook copy, because I will not be able to get you the book by Christmas due to holiday shipping and printing which is slower.
I have now submitted the book to Amazon and Draft2Digital. The eBook preorder is available on Amazon and all these other places too!

I stared at him and, in his eyes, I saw me as he had from his knees. The goth girl in a fully leather outfit with flaming wings, pentacle eyes and skin so pale it nearly glowed. Mother of all things holy, it was angelic, otherworldly, and more than vaguely threatening. Especially with Forseti, the Maker’s Justice behind me in half Angeleki with his Sapphire wings and eyes of fire. He hadn't seen Forseti’s Angelic markings, or my skin actually glow. How far from the Maker's will was (name redacted)?
