Author's Life:

      I did not write so many words this week. Weather change, migraines, and brain fog from allergens have kept me in a brain fog. >_< Besides getting things finalized for the preorder. If you didn’t see I got in a copy of the notebook, the art pics (which were too dark), and I signed up for my first authorly event. (‘0.0) I’m going to attend an Indie Author Day event at the Buffalo and Erie County Library’s Central Branch in downtown Buffalo (‘0.0) Apparently, they encourage authors to have a “trade show style” table setup and sell books too. (‘0.0) or at least they have in past years, we’ll see how this year pans out. I don’t even have any contact info to ask…

Writing & Editing:

Writing

    I only managed to write 8,468 words and most of that was Sunday-Tuesday. An Angel Falls is now 66.8k words, and 15 chapters. Technically, 14 chapters and about a page. I’m still loving and hating where the book is going, cause the ending will be brutal in the “rip my heart out” way. So, it may slow down for a bit. BUT it’s now over the halfway point… I think.

With the Editors:

      Maxine still has the 1st section of Chaos Theory, and she’s been having work troubles… So, she hasn’t gotten to it yet. I’m more than a little nervous about that. 

Publishing:

     … She disappeared in a shower of golden dust and three Angels appeared where she’d been.

      I knew only one of the three Angels. Packana stood between two taller Angeles. The tallest was dark haired with blue eyes and a handsome angular face. The other was rugged with tan skin, blonde hair and blue eyes the same color as Packshana’s, though he shaved both sides of his head and kept five inches down the center long. On the left side of his head was an Elder Futhark rune that I recognized.

     “Forseti,” I said, and his piercing blue eyes met mine. In that moment, I hated having the Gift of Fate. In my opinion, it was more like a curse.

Here’s a Teaser for Chaos Theory chapter 25. This is one of the cute moments between her and the Love Interest.     

      “Well, Chaos, you know my name, my recent past, and we’ll learn the rest as we go. That’s what dating is, right?” Blush burned up my cheeks as I nodded. “Is there anything else you want to tell me right now?” he asked, voice rumbling inside my chest, shaking the last of the depression from my bones.

     “This,” I twirled a lock of my hair, “isn’t my natural hair colour.”

     “The ombré red isn’t either,” he joked, and the blush warmed my cheeks. “Is it?”

     “It is actually,”

Art Feature:

      This is another part of the scene from last week. It takes place right after Goldielocks— I mean Nevari— leaves the library in the shower of golden dust and the 3 angels appear. Left to right Dokiel, Lucifer, and Forseti in the background and in the foreground, facing them are Jethro, Kalista (aka Cousin it as my manager called her, and you can just see Beryx's head over Kalista's head.
